About the role
Reporting to the State Sales Manager, Daikin Australia is looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Officer based in Royal Park, SA. You will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding customer service from the initial point of inquiry through to resolution. You will be responsible for fostering good relationships with our customers and ensuring their satisfaction with our services.
In this role you will process and manage internal sales and issues relating to the allocation and delivery of the Daikin products but not limited to:
• Prepare & capture sales order details into SAP system platform.
• Maintain accurate and timely delivery orders.
• Enter and action on changes to customer orders.
• Improving & maintaining positive customer relationships.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
• Previous experience in the customer service role, handling customers over the phone or by email will be advantageous.
• Experience with data entry in a Sales environment will be highly regarded
• Computer literacy with strong attention to detail
• Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop strong relationships
• A positive and can-do attitude
• Experience with SAP (preferred, but not essential
• Willingness to learn and be open to supporting the team!
