The Opportunity
An amazing opportunity is now available for an WA Service Supervisor to be based in Osborne Park, WA (office relocating to Forrest Field early 2026) with the responsibility to lead and manage a dynamic team of service technicians to ensure that the service needs in the region are met through the efficient and effective use of resources.
This Service Supervisor will also take on the responsibility of the providing technical support via phone and face to face with service technicians.
Reporting into the WA Service Manager; some of the responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Lead, coach and encourage staff, especially technicians under your direction supervision to achieve performance objectives in your region.
Provide technical support to technicians on the road and/or in the workshop.
Guidance and check on Service Technician’s job sheets for accuracy and correct costing.
Handling customer complaints problems pertaining to service and repair work whilst also maintaining/building customer relationships.
Identify process improvements or design technical guides on problem issues to support the dealers or service technicians on site.
Ensuring the team adheres to company policies, procedures and OH&S requirements.
The Right Person:
To be considered for this opportunity; you will need to obtain the following:
At least 10 years’ experience in the HVAC industry as a Senior Service Technician.
Highly developed teamwork and leadership skills.
Strong people management skills, with particular emphasis on developing teams and driving performance.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to deliver clear messages and communicate with impact with appropriate language and understanding.
Ability to identify, promote and implement continuous improvements to increase efficiency and enhances quality.
Must have a OH&S White Card Accreditation or willing to obtain one.
