About the role

Reporting to the National Credit Manager, you will assist across the team in monitoring and maintaining debtors’ ledger and management of credit compliance in accordance with company policy and procedures.

Daily task & responsibilities this role may involve:

• Management, collection and allocation of credit accounts, cash accounts, staff accounts and service accounts assigned to state and internal ledgers

• Manage Aged Trial Balance Ledger ensuring notes are updated regularly and stakeholder engagement/communication with Sales and Customer Service is timely

• Release of orders from credit hold

• Compiling monthly reports for accounts with outstanding payments

• Communicating with customers about overdue accounts

• Addressing customer inquiries related to their accounts

In this workshop-based role, you will transition away from the road to focus on the physical inspection, assessment, and validation of returned HVAC components. Your expert diagnostic outcomes will directly support warranty decisions, supplier recovery, and future product engineering excellence.
