About the role


We are seeking an IT Support Officer (Level 2) to provide advanced technical support across the business. You’ll handle escalated issues, manage user accounts, support business systems and contribute to smooth IT operations and high user satisfaction.


Key Responsibilities

  • Resolve Level 2 technical issues (desktop, email,      printers, networks).

  • Manage user accounts, system imaging, patching,      and software deployment.

  • Maintain timely ticket resolution and accurate      documentation.

  • Support networking basics, VPN, and mobile device      management.

  • Assist with onboarding and mentor Level 1 staff.

Required Skills & Experience

  • 5+ years in IT/desktop support or equivalent.

  • Strong troubleshooting and customer service skills.

  • Proficient with Windows devices, Apple mobile      devices, and Microsoft 365.

  • Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, VPN).

  • Experience with Active Directory, ENTRA ID, and      MDM.

  • Preferred certifications: CompTIA A+, Network+,      Microsoft 365.

Preferred Skills & Knowledge

  • Microsoft 365 administration, Exchange Online,      ENTRA ID.

  • Email security platforms, especially Mimecast.

  • Experience with ManageEngine tools (ServiceDesk      Plus, AD Manager, Desktop Central, etc.).

  • Windows Server 2019/2022 (DHCP, DNS, AD, NPS,      IIS, File Server management).
