About the role

We are currently searching for a Consulting Sales - Airside who is a highly motivated and technically skilled engineer specialising in Air Handling Units (AHUs) and Fan Coil units (FCUS) to join our dynamic applied sales team. This person will support the sales process by providing technical expertise, preparing quotations, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Our company values the importance of our customer relationship and requires you to be able to build long-term relationships, be responsive to our customers’ needs and work effectively as a team to resolve challenges.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

· Supporting the Accounts Manager and Sales Manager in developing a strong pipeline with Daikin product specified.

· Work closely with the Account Manager and Sales Manager to cultivate strong relationships with key consultants, ensuring their technical and commercial needs are met with prompt and effective support.

· Provide comprehensive technical support to external customers, addressing inquiries related to AHUs, FCUs, product specifications, installations, and operational concerns.

· Deliver expert knowledge of AHU and FCU product specifications, applications, and benefits, positioning the products effectively to clients and specifically consultants.

· Support the sales team by delivering tailored product presentations and key topics that align with consultant and client requirements.

About you

We are seeking a customer-orientated team member that possesses the following attributes:

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a demonstrated HVAC technical role

• Previous experience with exposure to Airside technical skills will be highly advantageous

• Proven experience on Chillers and AHU products with an understanding of the Applied Industry will be highly regarded

• Well-developed business acumen with a sales result focus

• Demonstrated skills in developing long term and strong      relationships with all employees, clients and suppliers

• Well-developed verbal and written communication skills, with the      ability to relate effectively to a wide range of people

• Ability to cope with conflict and work under pressure
