About the Role
Reporting to the Group Compliance and Assurance Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring a safe and compliant work environment across all Daikin sites. This role is vital in supporting Work Health Safety (WHS) and Compliance through diligent document control, risk management coordination, and administrative support.
Key Responsibilities Include:
Risk Management Support: Assist in scheduling and minute-taking for risk committee meetings and workshops.
Register Maintenance: Update and maintain the central risk register to ensure all assessments and controls are current.
Assurance Coordination: Support internal and external audit activities by collating documentation and tracking audit findings.
Data & Reporting: Collect and analyse data related to risk incidents and control effectiveness to help develop trend insights.
Policy Support: Assist in drafting, formatting, and version control of risk management policies and procedures.
Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as the initial point of contact for risk and assurance inquiries, liaising professionally across internal departments.
About You
We are looking for a detail-oriented administrator who thrives in a regulated environment and values data integrity.
Your Background:
· At least 2 years of proven experience in a dedicated administrative or support role.
· Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (including SharePoint) and electronic document management systems.
· Industry Knowledge: Basic knowledge of risk management principles and familiarity with Australian WHS legislation or ISO standards (9001, 14001, 45001).
· Qualifications: A Certificate IV in Work Health and Safety or a Diploma in Business Administration/Risk Management is preferred.
· Attributes: Strong written communication skills, the ability to handle sensitive information with discretion, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement.
