Open the front panel. Push a little upwards the filter tab at the center of each air filter, then pull it down. Wash the air filters with water or clean them with vacuum cleaner. It is recommended to clean the air filters every season. Set the filters as they were and close the the front panel. Press the front panel at both sides and the central area. Titanium apatite deoderising air-purifying filter Take off the titanium apatite deoderising air-purifying filter. Open the front panel and pull out the air filters. Hold the recessed parts of the frame and unhook the 4 claws. Clean or replace the titanium apatite deoderising air-purifying filter. Maintenance Vacuum dusts, and soak in lukewarm water or water for about 10 to 15 minutes if dirt is heavy. Do not remove the filter from frame when washing with water. After washing, shake off remaining water and dry in the shade. Since the material is made out of polyester, do not wring out the filter when removing water from it. Replacement Hold the recessed parts of the frame and unhook the 4 claws. Do not throw away the filter frame. Reuse the filter frame when replacing the titanium apatite deodorising air-purifying filter. Dispose of the old filter as non-flammable waste. Set the filters as they were and close the front panel. Press the front panel at both sides and the central area. Note: Operation with dirty filters: cannot deoderise the air, cannot clean the air, results in poor heating or cooling, may cause odour. Challenges The client brief required the replacement of all six chillers across the property’s three buildings, amounting to a total capacity of 6000kW. As the property remained fully operational during the HVAC upgrades, the major challenge encountered by Daikin and BMG Air Conditioning was replacing all the units without any downtime of the existing air conditioning during normal business operation hours. The project also necessitated careful redesign of the existing pipework to suit the new chillers, in addition to requiring robust heating and cooling systems capable of withstanding the demands of the high-traffic commercial environment. Solution To address the project’s unique needs, Daikin worked closely with BMG Air Conditioning at the design, specification, and installation stages. These chillers were selected due to their exceptional full load and part load energy efficiency, required to meet the 5-Star NABERS Energy rating. In addition, the single screw compressor design offers minimum vibration, superior acoustic performance and maximum reliability. About the Role The Daikin Trade Centre (DTC) at our Warwick Farm (NSW) location supports existing and new trade customers in the Air Conditioning accessories and spare parts market. An exciting opportunity for a Trade Counter Sales professional is now available for a passionate individual looking to join the DTC team, offering an immediate start. Reporting to the Trade Centre Supervisor, this hands-on and crucial role is responsible for providing professional customer service and sales support, ensuring the accurate and prompt processing of sales orders, payments, and stock movements. Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to: Prepare and accurately capture sales order details (including      stock levels, delivery specifics, and pricing) for entry into SAP or      similar company software. Process and reconcile EFT payments and accurately process all      necessary stock movements to fulfil orders. Promptly and professionally attend to all customer inquiries,      complaints, and requests (in person at the Trade Counter and via      phone/email). Provide timely updates on sales orders and deliveries,      ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Actively assist customers at the Trade Counter with sales and      spare parts inquiries/orders. Manage all administrative duties associated with the sales      counter with high accuracy, and replenish store supplies as required. About You To be successful in your application for this role, we will be considering candidates with a strong blend of experience and essential competencies: Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer      experience in a trade counter environment. Proven experience with accurate and efficient data entry is      essential, with demonstrated strong attention to detail. Previous experience accurately processing EFT payments,      capturing sales orders, and managing stock movements is highly      advantageous. Practical exposure to SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource      Planning (ERP) system is highly regarded. Previous work experience in a trade/branch accessory store or      similar sales counter environment is highly preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling professional      handling of inquiries and complaints.
