To be eligible to claim this offer, you must have purchased a Daikin air purifier (MC30YPVM, MC40YPVM, MC55YPVM, MCK55YPVM) from Daikin at Daikin’s eBay store.

To be eligible to claim under this offer:

the product must have been used under normal household conditions and maintained according to the instructions supplied; and

the product, must be returned undamaged, in full working order (unless an issue is due to a manufacturing fault), in original packaging and with original proof of purchase; and

To claim, you must contact Daikin through eBay or by email at online@daikin.com.au within 30 days of purchase. The product must be returned to Daikin within 14 days of lodging your claim with Daikin.

Daikin reserves the right to verify the validity of all claims made in connection with this offer. If your claim is assessed as valid, Daikin will provide you with instructions on how to return your purifier to Daikin’s nominated Australian premises. Daikin will cover the cost of the return of the product within Australia.

If authorised by Daikin, you should allow 30 days to receive the refund from the date of receipt by Daikin of the return of the product.

This offer is in addition to, and does not exclude, restrict or modify, any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Daikin excludes all liability (including negligence), for any personal injury; or any loss or damage; whether direct, indirect, special or consequential, arising in any way out of this offer, including any claim form that is late, lost, altered, damaged or misdirected (whether or not after its receipt by Daikin due to any reason beyond the reasonable control of Daikin.
