Orders are processed and shipped within one business day of receiving payment (excluding weekends and public holidays).
All orders are shipped via StarTrack. When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification that includes your tracking number which can be tracked via Star Track’s website.
Please allow 48 hours for tracking information to be made available.
Delivery time is 5-8 business days.

If you have not received your order within 10 days of your shipping confirmation, please send us a message on eBay or email us at: online@daikin.com.au with your full name, email address and order number and we will investigate this for you.
