About the Role The Daikin Trade Centre (DTC) at our Warwick Farm (NSW) location supports existing and new trade customers in the Air Conditioning accessories and spare parts market. An exciting opportunity for a Trade Counter Sales professional is now available for a passionate individual looking to join the DTC team, offering an immediate start. Reporting to the Trade Centre Supervisor, this hands-on and crucial role is responsible for providing professional customer service and sales support, ensuring the accurate and prompt processing of sales orders, payments, and stock movements. Your core responsibilities will include, but are not limited, to: Prepare and accurately capture sales order details (including      stock levels, delivery specifics, and pricing) for entry into SAP or      similar company software. Process and reconcile EFT payments and accurately process all      necessary stock movements to fulfil orders. Promptly and professionally attend to all customer inquiries,      complaints, and requests (in person at the Trade Counter and via      phone/email). Provide timely updates on sales orders and deliveries,      ensuring an exceptional customer experience. Actively assist customers at the Trade Counter with sales and      spare parts inquiries/orders. Manage all administrative duties associated with the sales      counter with high accuracy, and replenish store supplies as required. About You To be successful in your application for this role, we will be considering candidates with a strong blend of experience and essential competencies: Strong commitment to delivering an exceptional customer      experience in a trade counter environment. Proven experience with accurate and efficient data entry is      essential, with demonstrated strong attention to detail. Previous experience accurately processing EFT payments,      capturing sales orders, and managing stock movements is highly      advantageous. Practical exposure to SAP or a similar Enterprise Resource      Planning (ERP) system is highly regarded. Previous work experience in a trade/branch accessory store or      similar sales counter environment is highly preferred. Excellent verbal communication skills, enabling professional      handling of inquiries and complaints. Demonstrated ability to work independently, manage your      personal workload, and contribute effectively to a productive team      environment. Why join us?
