About the role

Global leader in HVAC, Daikin Australia is looking for a permanent full time Customer Service Officer that will assist in providing high quality service to internal stakeholders, addressing inquiries and concerns related to our Daikin Applied Projects, services and timelines. This role will be based in our Chipping Norton, NSW office acting as a liaison between the internal team and customers to ensure client satisfaction and overseeing all administrative duties ensuring it is accurate and delivered in a timely manner.


About you

As the Customer Service Officer in our Applied Business Solutions, this role will assist in preparing and capturing sales order details for entry into SAP, liaising with our factories, Supply Chain Management team and Sales team to ensure products are delivered on time.

Additionally, this role will also be required to improve customer relationships by handling all inquiries and complaints related to product delivery, ensuring the sales team and customers are kept informed about their sales order.

  • Attention to detail while working under pressure.

  • Comfortable working independently and managing their own workload.

  • A quick learner who can adapt to new systems and processes with ease.

  • Strong time management skills to ensure projects are delivered on time and accordingly.

  • Exposure to SAP or other ERP systems is highly regarded.

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to develop strong working relationships with our customers.

  • Previous experience in Sales and/or customer service environment will be highly regarded.
