We are looking for an enthusiastic and driven individual Apprentice Service Technician in WA who is passionate about a career in the HVAC trade industry. This will be an excellent opportunity to learn a specialised trade with one of the industry's leading brands. You will work alongside experienced Daikin Technicians during your apprenticeship and be exposed to the day-to-day operations of the HVAC trade having a fantastic opportunity to gain valuable on the job training and experience to develop in this growing industry.
As an apprentice, you will:
Learn to install, repair and service Daikin HVAC systems.
Assist Service Technicians with daily maintenance work.
Attend TAFE to successfully complete Cert III in Air Conditioning and Refrigeration.
A general apprenticeship will take 4 years to complete. A career opportunity to join Daikin as a permanent Service Technician may be offered at the end of your apprenticeship.
About you
To be successful in your application for this role, we will be considering the following:
Completion of Year 12 with a proven competency in general mathematics.
A proactive, positive and committed to finish the apprenticeship attitude.
Current Valid Driver's License
A strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Desire and passion to join the HVAC industry
In addition, successful candidates will be required to complete the following prior to an offer of employment:
Pre-employment Medical Assessment
Obtaining a National Police Clearance
Recruitment Process
