In the Split System Air Conditioner category, brands were scored across a range of key metrics, including reliability, performance and ease of use.
In a stunning trifecta, Daikin received the top awards for being the most reliable, easiest to use, and top performing split system air conditioner brand.
It also took home Highly Commended awards for “Easy to Clean” and “Loved Brand.”
In addition, an impressive 97% of surveyed shoppers indicated they would recommend the brand to others.
Innovative features such as Intelligent Eye for energy-saving motion detection, Streamer technology for advanced air purification and the convenient Daikin Mobile Controller app doubtlessly contributed to customers’ high ratings.
